I'm a composer based in New Jersey, writing music for film and television. My work draws from the late Romantic and early twentieth-century traditions alongside the contemporary composers reshaping how film scores sound now: Especially Jeff Russo and David Fleming. Melody matters to me. So does harmonic depth, and the kind of restraint that lets a scene breathe.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I studied composition at Berklee and after graduation, mostly wrote and performed songs. Then life took a turn: I opened a small coffee shop which turned into a small restaurant and It took over my life. Owning a restaurant forced me to hone my work ethic, meet deadlines, and helped me realize my strengths and weaknesses. I walked away from a successful business proud to have seen something great come together, but most passionate about playing a supporting role to someone else’s project and hungry to get back to music.
In 2023 I began the journey back to this thing I’ve loved since I was ten, when I saw Edward Scissorhands and fell in love with movie music. I've been building toward this moment deliberately — refining my craft, building a studio, writing and producing every day — and I'm now fully committed to the work.
I hope to collaborate with people who are telling stories that matter. To be part of passionate, creative teams. To use music and sound to help bring a picture to life — not to decorate it, but to deepen it. I bring grit, persistence, and a sensitivity to the real drama of life that comes from having lived. If you're working on something and think I might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
